This micro-credential covers the core skills needed to work in interior design and build a business around it. Students work through approximately 200 hours of content covering design principles, space planning, colour theory, concept development, moodboarding, and the business side of running a design practice.
Delivered by The Career Academy NZ, the course is entirely online and self-paced with 12 months of access. There are no exams, assessment is through assignments and activities reviewed by industry mentor Jenna Cottis, a working commercial interior designer.
