This programme covers the core skills behind running a successful hospitality business. Students learn operations management, food and beverage service, guest relations, financial fundamentals, and business development, everything needed to step into a supervisory or coordinator role in the industry.
Delivered by The Career Academy NZ, the course suits people already working in hospitality who want to move up, or those making a career change into the sector. There are no fixed class times, no exams, and 18 months of access to work through approximately 400 hours of content at your own pace.
