This Administration Pathway – Reception course is delivered by The Career Academy NZ and covers the core skills needed to work confidently in reception and office administration roles. Students learn front-desk management, client communication, appointment scheduling, and business support processes across approximately 400 hours of self-paced study.
The course suits people entering the workforce, career changers, or those already working in admin who want a recognised qualification to formalise their skills. It is accredited by ICOES and the CPD Standards Office, and graduates receive a SEEK Pass verified credential to share with employers on completion.
Study is entirely online with 18 months of access. Tutors are available during business hours, and there are no exams. On successful completion, students also receive a free 12-month AdmiNZ membership, including networking events and webinars run by the Association of Administrative Professionals New Zealand.
